Albeit, they do  not come free, and with the vast majority of free web hosts on the internet, people always ask this one question, “why pay for something I can get for free?” Well, my answer is simple, “you get what you pay for!” And if you run an ecommerce site, or a very popular site that gets digged/slashdotted once and again, you’ll see the need for  professionally run dedicated servers.

I’m fully convinced that running your own dedicated server is the way to go, for the simple reasons stated above, and for your own piece of mind. Free, and even shared servers, sometimes come with headaches, while dedicated will show your clients that you are a professional at what you do, and what you offer.
