About this site

In the world of accessible and web standards design, there needs to be simplicity. I’m not suggesting that our designs need to take on a simplistic (although some can be quite attractive, labeled as minimalist) look and layout, but rather we need to make the simple decision to adhere to a simplistic approach to our craft – and that’s why I totally agree with POSH.

POSH is the KISS (Keep It Simple Silly) of 2007 for web design. The concept has been around for many, many years, but drumming up support for standards is always hard to do. So when an opportunity comes along that has a nice “catch” to it, I say run with it! Standardista’s everywhere should sell POSH T-Shirts, and put it on their license plates!

Even your’s truly is keeping with POSH in this template design. Very semantic, valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional markup, overlaid upon – once again – semantic PHP code.

And another thing…if you care to comment on any of the articles written on this site, or would like to leave a comment, feel secure that we will not sell, rent, barter, or gamble away your email address.

And by the way, I’ll be creating an email newsletter for this site, so make sure to watch for it and sign up, ok? Ok, so go get POSHed!
